DIPON® 2K Epoxy Rapid Glue is a universal transparent very fast two-component epoxy adhesive with a gel time of appr. 5 minutes which sets through a transparent adhesive film. 2K Epoxy Rapid Glue bonds wood, metal, ceramics, glass, many plastics, stone, concrete and many other materials quickly. The active ingredient sets after only 5 minutes and is solid after 20 minutes. DIPON® 2K Epoxy Rapid Glue reaches its final hardness after 24 hours at room temperature at the latest. Temperature resistance is from -35°C to approx. + 100°C. Application: Step 1: The surface to be bonded must be cleaned before use, i.e. it must be dry and free of oil, silicone, lubricants, wax, etc.. For ideal adhesion, roughen the surface with sandpaper. Step 2: Cut off the round safety lock buttons with a knife. Mix Comp. A with Comp. B by squeezing on a piece of cardboard, metal etc. for approx. 10-20 seconds. The supplied mixing knife can be used for this, remove excess glue. Connect both parts and press together for approx. 4-5 min. Ideal processing temperature: 15-20°C. Step 3: After bonding is complete, insert the cartridge into the black spout protector with the notches facing upwards to prevent leakage.
