We add up all paid orders over the last 24 months on your account. Based on that total we assign a discount tier: from CZK 0 → 2 %, from CZK 10,000 → 3 %, from CZK 15,000 → 4 %, from CZK 30,000 → 7 % and from CZK 40,000 → 10 %. Work out your tier with the calculator above.
No. The discount is tied to your account and is applied automatically — no coupon or code needed. You'll see it right in the cart when logged in.
Yes. Quantity discounts are set on individual products — if one is active, you'll see it in the product detail. The loyalty discount is applied on top of it, so larger purchases save you more.
Yes. The thresholds are set in Czech koruna and purchases in euros count towards them, converted at the fixed rate our shop uses (24.25 CZK/€). You can switch currency in the calculator — the euro amounts are indicative, the CZK value is always decisive.
What counts is a rolling 24-month window. If older purchases drop out of it and your total falls below your tier's threshold, the discount is reduced accordingly. As long as you keep buying from us regularly, you keep your tier.
You can, but without the loyalty discount. An unregistered purchase also doesn't count towards the 24-month total, so it won't move you up a tier. Registration is free and takes a minute — register here.
