In-stock goods ship immediately. Orders placed by 10:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day. Current availability is shown on each product.
We deliver to EU countries via GLS. Prices (up to 5 kg, incl. VAT) by zone: Slovakia and Poland from 5,5 €; Austria, Germany and Hungary from 6,5 €; Belgium, Denmark, Croatia, Luxembourg and Netherlands from 7,5 €; Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania and Slovenia from 8,5 €; Bulgaria, France, Italy and Sweden from 10,9 €; Spain and Portugal from 11,9 €; Finland, Ireland and Greece from 15,9 €. Foreign orders do not have free shipping; the exact price by weight is shown in the cart.
Pay close attention to the outside of the packaging — the cardboard surface, tape and any damage, however small, especially punctures and crushed corners. These may indicate rough handling in transit and possible damage inside. If you spot anything like that, tell the driver before signing the delivery note.
Insist on a damage report, or at least a confirmed record of the parcel's condition on delivery. This makes any later claim easier. Let us know by e-mail at info@topepoxy.eu — we will then contact you to send a replacement or handle the claim.
Obvious damage to the packaging must be raised at the latest on delivery and recorded in a GLS damage report. A claim for damage not obvious on delivery must be raised within 3 business days, otherwise the right to compensation lapses.
