Manual sanding of epoxy resin

Hand sanding gives maximum control where a machine cannot reach – edges, details, small castings and jewellery. It is also ideal for sanding between coats and for delicate finishing before polishing.

You will find quality sanding formats and pads by Kovax and Finixa, including the Buflex Dry (K2000–K3000) and Super Assilex lines for very fine sanding to a high gloss. The range also includes pads for sanding blocks and single-step polishing pastes.

For sanding epoxy resin by hand you will appreciate the control on edges, details and small castings; for coarser work continue with machine sanding.
