For euro payments within the EU, use a SEPA transfer — it is free of charge and usually credited within one business day. For payments from outside the EU, choose the SHA charge option. We do not add any surcharge for bank transfers.

Yes. Personal pickup is free at our warehouse at Masarykova 1106, 763 02 Zlín 4 – Malenovice, Czech Republic. You can inspect the goods on the spot. We're open Mon–Thu 8:00–16:00, Fri 8:00–13:00. We recommend letting us know in advance so your order is ready.
Gladly. Send us the dimensions, the material and what you're making — river table, casting, jewellery, a top coat — and we'll recommend a specific product and the amount you need. Epoxy is what we do full time, so our advice comes from experience, not from a catalogue blurb. Guides and tutorials are also on our blog.

Yes. Our account is multi-currency, so we accept payments in both CZK and EUR. For a transfer from abroad use IBAN CZ97 5500 0000 0079 3940 2004 and BIC RZBCCZPP (Raiffeisenbank a.s.). Within the EU, send euros as a SEPA transfer — it is free of charge. We do not add any surcharge for bank transfers.

Do not send parcels to the registered office in Otrokovice — that is the billing address only and the parcel would not be accepted. The procedure is described on the Returns and Complaints pages.
