New complaint
We handle complaints as soon as possible – within 3 days we send you a proposed solution. You can file a complaint using the online form below, by e-mail or in person at our warehouse.
If a defect appears on the goods during the warranty period that was not caused by the customer's improper use but by a defect of the product itself, the customer has the right to a proper complaint during the warranty period.
In this case you can proceed as follows:
- by filling in the complaint form; our complaints department will reply as soon as possible, no later than within 3 days, along with a proposed solution
- by visiting our pickup points / warehouse in person
- by contacting our complaints department reklamace@topepoxy.eu
