The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods. The goods must then be returned within 14 calendar days of sending the withdrawal, to: TopEpoxy.eu – warehouse, Returns dept., Masarykova 1106, 763 02 Zlín 4 – Malenovice, Czech Republic.
For business purchases (a company ID on the invoice), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. In exceptional cases it may be allowed by individual agreement — contact us at info@topepoxy.eu. The refund may be reduced by any loss in the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer.

Yes, as long as testing caused no wear. Testing means setting up and reasonably checking the basic functions. However, do not remove protective films, safety seals or manufacturer stickers.
No. The packaging is not part of the purchase, but the goods must be returned undamaged and unworn. If you have the original packaging, we recommend enclosing it — it protects the item in transit.
Yes, any gifts that were part of the shipment must be returned with the goods. On withdrawal, the gift donation agreement ceases to be effective.
You can return a partially damaged product too. However, we may reduce the refund by the cost of restoring it. This concerns damage caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary given their nature. Costs are assessed individually.
If you return goods without complete accessories, we are entitled to reduce the refund by the value of the missing part or accessory.
