When does the 14-day return period start?

The period to withdraw from the purchase contract is 14 calendar days from the customer receiving the goods. The goods must then be returned within 14 calendar days of sending the withdrawal to the branch address (TopEpoxy.eu - warehouse, Masarykova 1106, 763 02 Zlín 4), or from handover at the TopEpoxy.eu - warehouse pickup point

Can I withdraw within 14 days if I bought as a business (company ID)?

If the product was purchased by a legal entity (your invoice shows a company ID), the right to withdraw from the purchase contract cannot be used by law. If, in exceptional cases, a business buyer is allowed to withdraw within 14 days, the buyer acknowledges that the refunded price may be reduced by the amount by which the value of the goods has decreased. Who pays the postage when returning a parcel by post?

The costs of sending the returned goods are borne by the customer.

I received a gift with the product, do I have to return it too?

Yes, gifts that were part of the shipment must be returned together with the goods. Upon withdrawal from the contract, the gift donation agreement ceases to be effective.

Can I return goods without giving a reason?

Yes, a consumer may return goods without giving a reason within fourteen (14) days of purchase. The product must not be damaged in any way. Detailed return conditions are in our terms and conditions.

I tried the goods, can I still return them?

Yes, as long as it wasn't worn during testing. Testing means putting the goods into operation and reasonably testing the basic functions the goods should meet. However, do not remove protective films, safety seals or manufacturer stickers.

Must the goods be returned in the original undamaged packaging?

Even though the packaging is neither the subject of the purchase nor part of the purchased item, the goods must be returned undamaged and unworn and, if possible, in the original packaging. If you have the packaging material available, we recommend sending it, mainly to protect the product from possible transport damage.

The goods got damaged during use, what should I do?

You can return even a partially damaged product. In that case, however, we will be entitled to reduce the refunded amount by the value of the costs caused by the damage or by restoring the product to its original condition. This concerns damage arising from handling the goods other than as necessary given their nature and properties. These costs are always assessed individually.

What if I return the goods incomplete?

If you return the goods without the complete accessories, we are entitled to reduce the refunded amount by the value of the missing part or accessory.
