    Walrus Oil Pure Tung Oil is a 100% natural, VOC-free tung oil that penetrates deep into the wood, strengthens its structure, and forms a durable polymerizing protective layer. It enhances the natural grain, deepens color, and protects the wood from moisture, UV rays, and everyday wear.

    As one of the oldest known natural wood finishes (used for over 2,500 years), Pure Tung Oil is ideal for hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, indoor and outdoor furniture, and all untreated or lightly finished wood surfaces.

    It is also food-safe and certified by the American Vegetarian Association.

    Application Guide

    1. Surface prep

    • Sand with 220–600 grit.

    • Remove dust and debris.

    2. Application

    • Shake well before use.

    • Apply a thin, even coat with a cloth or applicator.

    • Allow to penetrate for 12–24 hours, then wipe excess.

    • For deeper absorption, thin with a natural solvent.

    3. Layering

    • Apply 2–4 coats for maximum protection.

    • Allow 12–24 hours between coats.

    4. Drying time

    • Dry to touch: 24–48 hours

    • Full cure: 1–4 weeks

      (depending on temperature, humidity, and number of coats)
