Solid Materials

1. Drill the hole to the required diameter and depth.

2. Clean thoroughly using a brush and air pump.

3. Dispense approx. 10 cm of material outside the hole until the colour becomes uniformly grey.

4. Fill 1/3–1/2 of the hole with the resin.

5. Insert the threaded rod with a rotating motion.

6. Allow to cure completely before loading.

Hollow Materials

1. Drill and clean the hole as above.

2. Insert a plastic or metal mesh sleeve.

3. Prepare the cartridge (first 10 cm outside the hole).

4. Fill the sleeve from bottom to top.

5. Insert the rod with a rotating motion.

6. Load only after full curing according to the temperature table.
