    Den Braven Plastic Sleeves for Chemical Anchors, 20 × 85 mm, 5 pcs

    Den Braven plastic sleeves are designed for use with chemical anchors in hollow substrates, where they prevent the resin from leaking into empty cavities. This ensures strong, reliable and safe anchoring of threaded rods, screws and other fasteners in hollow bricks, lightweight blocks and aerated concrete.

    The sleeve construction ensures that the resin spreads evenly throughout the cavity, creating a solid chemical bond without expansion pressure. This allows anchoring close to edges and in situations where traditional expansion anchors could crack the substrate.

    How to Use

    1. Drill a hole matching the sleeve diameter.

    2. Thoroughly clean the hole with a brush and air pump.

    3. Insert the plastic sleeve.

    4. Fill the sleeve with chemical anchor from the bottom up.

    5. Insert the threaded rod with a rotating motion.

    6. Fully load only after the anchor resin has cured.
