Epoxy resins

What is epoxy resin and what is it used for?

Epoxy resin is a two-component system (resin and hardener) that cures after mixing into a hard, clear and durable casting. It is used for river and design tables, jewellery, epoxy art, floors and decorations.

Which epoxy resin should I choose?

It depends on the project: for deep pours and river tables a low-viscosity casting resin (up to 10 cm in one pour), for a thin glossy surface a table top coat, for small jewellery fast or UV systems. We're happy to help you choose.

How deep can I pour and how long does curing take?

Low-viscosity casting systems handle pours up to 10 cm in a single layer; full cure usually takes 3 to 7 days depending on the system and temperature. Exact figures are in each product's technical data sheet.

How do I colour epoxy resin?

With compatible pigments and colours – powders, alcohol inks and metallic effects. You'll find them in the world of colours and pigments.

Brands and certification

Which brands and systems do you offer?

Premium DIPON epoxy systems made in Germany – the LuminaCast and Epoxyplast 3D ranges, with resin and hardener matched for a reliable result.

Is epoxy resin safe for food contact?

Fully cured and certified, yes – the DIPON LuminaCast range is certified for food contact and suitable for serving boards and dining tops.

Wood glues and oils

Which glue should I use to fix knots and cracks in wood?

Professional STARBOND CA glues are the proven choice: black KE-150 blends into the wood grain once sanded, thick glues fill wider gaps, and with an accelerator the fix is instant. A full guide is on the brand page.

Which oil is right for a cutting board?

A certified food-safe oil — for example Walrus Oil Cutting Board Oil (NSF, FDA GRAS): the oil feeds the wood and Wood Wax seals the surface. The two-step method and the full range are in the Walrus Oil brand guide.

How do I treat a wooden table or furniture?

It depends on the look you want: coloured Rubio Monocoat oils create the final surface in a single coat, tung or linseed oil give a purely natural look, and the HOWARD range restores older furniture. See the wood finishing category for an overview.

Buying and advice

Do you have items in stock and how fast do you dispatch?

Yes, in-stock products are dispatched as soon as possible. Current availability is shown on every product.

Will you help me choose a resin?

Gladly – write or call and we'll recommend the right resin, pigment and method for your specific project.

What about shipping and delivery?

We deliver by courier (GLS, PPL) across Czechia, to Slovakia and to other European countries — 25 destinations in total. Free shipping applies above a set amount; you can see the current threshold in the cart. Details are on the shipping and payment page.

How do registration and loyalty discounts work?

Registered customers get loyalty discounts based on purchases over 24 months (2% from CZK 0, 3% from CZK 10,000, up to 10% from CZK 40,000), quantity discounts and easy order management.

Returns and complaints

Can I return or exchange goods?

Yes, you can return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason – just fill in the form and send the goods back undamaged. For an exchange, return the item and place a new order.

How do I make a complaint?

File a complaint using the online form, by e-mail at info@topepoxy.eu or in person at the warehouse. We'll send a proposed solution within 3 days at the latest.
