    CARBON METHOD Coating Cloths

    CARBON METHOD Coating Cloths are a modern coating application cloth system specifically designed for ceramic coatings, wood nanofinishes, and professional surface finishing applications. When paired with the Coating Applicator Block System, they enable significantly more precise application, lower product consumption, and a flawlessly even finish with minimal waste.

    Unlike traditional applicator blocks, there is no need to saturate the entire applicator. The specialized polyamide blended fiber cloth absorbs only the optimal amount of coating and releases it evenly onto the surface with light pressure. This allows coatings to last longer, makes application more economical, and delivers a professional finish without streaks or overlap marks.

    Coating Cloths are designed as the only replaceable part of the system. After use, you simply replace the cloth instead of discarding the entire applicator. The result is a more ecological, efficient, and modern method for applying ceramic coatings to wood, metal, and other surfaces.

    How Do Coating Cloths Work?

    The cloth is wrapped around the Coating Applicator Block and secured using the Capture Dowel system. The thin technical fabric absorbs only the necessary amount of coating and evenly transfers it onto the surface with light pressure.

    This means:

    • less product absorption into the applicator,
    • more even coating distribution,
    • faster application,
    • minimized streaking and excessive product use.
