Why Table Flow

Pour the whole board at once. Calmly.

The low viscosity (B 70 mPa·s) flows into every joint and wets the wood perfectly. And 180 minutes of working time means peace of mind for levelling, pigmenting and degassing a large board.

  • Layer 2–5 cm in a single pour
  • 180 minutes for mixing, pigmenting and degassing
  • Very low shrinkage < 0.1 % — no lifted edges
  • UV absorbers + HALS — no yellowing in the long term

Strength & safety

Furniture that gets used.

Table Flow is the only one in the range to offer an optional 100:40 mixing ratio by weight for higher strength — for boards that have to take some punishment. The formulation is free of sVHC and CoRAP substances; after full chemical curing it may come into contact with food.

Step by step

Your first pour will work out too

1

Check the temperature

Surroundings 15–20 °C, material 20–24 °C. High temperature = fast exotherm, yellowing and cracks.

2

Test the substrate

A preliminary compatibility test of the materials you are going to embed.

3

Weigh out exactly 2:1

Always by weight (100:50), optionally 100:40 for higher strength. Keep the chosen ratio throughout the project.

4

Mix twice for 3–4 minutes

Mix → pour into a clean container → mix again. Max. 300 rpm, ideally with with an Allway Helix mixer.

5

Seal the mould and pour

DIPON PP tape or release wax. Then just pour — 2 to 5 cm at a time.

⚠️ The most common mistake

Never mix by eye straight from bottles A and B. An inaccurate ratio = incomplete curing. Always weigh both components to the gram. Cleaning tools: acetone or universal thinner, immediately after use.

Frequently asked questions

How deep can I pour at once?

20–50 mm in a single layer at 20 °C. At a lower temperature and smaller volume even more — follow the TDS.

What is the optional 100:40 ratio for?

The standard ratio is 2:1 (100:50). A 100:40 ratio by weight gives higher strength — suitable for heavily used boards and furniture. Keep the chosen ratio throughout the pour.

Is it safe for dining tables?

The formulation is free of sVHC and CoRAP substances and after full chemical curing it may come into contact with food. Then treat the wooden part with a food-safe with Howard oil or with Wax-It-All wax.

How much will 3 kg cast?

3 kg of mixture (components A + B) equals approximately 2.8 l of casting (density 1.07 kg/l). The calculator above works out the exact amount for your project.

Why is 3 kg the most popular pack?

It is the most versatile balance of quantity and storage — approx. 2.8 litres of mixture covers most common projects.
