Key features of the Super Fast Thin EM-02
- Viscosity: 2-3 cPs (ie liquid like water).
- Curing speed without accelerator: 2 - 5 seconds.
- Shelf life 30 months, for optimal shelf life store at 4.5°C or below before and after use.
- Great for beautiful wood finishes, hobby models, fossil preparation, metallic powder inlays, stabilizing and gluing close-fitting parts.
- Penetrates through capillary action into the finest micro fractures, pores and cracks of various materials.
Stabilization and penetration of surfaces
Starbond Super Fast Thin glue is suitable for strengthening porous, brittle material such as soft wood (balsa) and ceramics.
If saturation of the porous surface is undesirable, the use of Starbond Accelerator is recommended. The instant cure will prevent Starbond Super Fast Thin from excessive absorption into the porous surface and prevent adhesive waste.

Inlays in combination with metallic pigment
During inlay applications, such as metallic pigment applications, the liquid instant adhesive penetrates the pigment and stabilizes the powder by capillary action. Liquid instant adhesives are often used as a final treatment by applying several layers, sanding and then polishing to a high gloss.
We recommend using quality pigment powders for inlays.
